Covenant Brewing was born in brotherhood. Our beers and ciders feed fellowship, enliven fire circles, and strengthen bonds. Our vision is to explore and share the fermentable parts of creation, and in doing that, to give thanks to the Lord who has provided them.
The Feast
A full table is only complete with beer. We want to provide it, for long evenings and for ordinary hospitality.
The Foretaste
Every good gift points beyond itself. The earthly blessings of this life serve to give us greater anticipation of the wedding feast of the Lamb.
The Fellowship
Brew days are done in company. Men and boys grind, weigh, pour, and stir. Families connect and laugh together while enzymes do their transforming work in the hot mash. Food is shared and children run barefoot through the grass. Brewed beverages are inseparably linked to fellowship.
Why We Brew
Because creation is good, gifts are for sharing, and brewing is a small act of dominion.
